Job Description

A real estate company is seeking to hire a Property Accountant. This role is one of two accountants that report to the CFO. You will be responsible for AP AR GL maintenance lease administration bank reconciliations and assisting with month/year end close for a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate has 3 years of real estate accounting experience and is proficient in Yardi and Excel (Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs).

Associates of Science in Accounting or related field is required Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required 1-3 years of Accounting experience Detail oriented, good communication (oral and written) and analytical skills Prior experience with Timberline or MRI software preferred
