Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and resultsdriven Marketing Officer to develop implement and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies analytics and tools to drive brand awareness generate leads and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media email SEO SEM and paid advertising.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc. to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Create curate and publish highquality content including blog posts videos graphics and infographics.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads) and monitor performance to maximize ROI.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics Google Search Console and social media insights.
- Manage email marketing campaigns including list segmentation content creation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends tools and best practices.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing social media management or online advertising.
- Strong knowledge of SEO SEM PPC and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics Mailchimp HubSpot and SEO tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads HubSpot or other digital marketing platforms.
- Experience with video marketing and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
