Salary Upto 35k in hand
Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts
Week offs: 5days of working. Any 2 Rotational week offs
- Job Skills:
- Experience as a Customer Support.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Multitasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
