Are you passionate about recruitment and eager to gain handson experience We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as HR Recruiter Interns. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:Any undergraduate/Graduate fresher and experience both can applySourcing and Screening: Identify screen and shortlist highly qualified candidates.Calling candidates and scheduling them for interviewInterview Coordination: Coordinate HR interviews and assessments.Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers and manage the entire recruitment process.Talent Pipeline Building: Cultivate a robust talent pipeline for future needs. Qualifications:Creative Sourcing: Proven success in innovative candidate sourcing.Timely Delivery: Ability to deliver results within specified timelines.Infra: Should have a personal laptop with a reliable internet connection.BenefitsCommission BaseFlexible working hours2nd & 4th Saturdays off and Sunday off
