Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in the Security & Facility Management industry. The role involves lead generation client acquisition and revenue growth by offering security guarding electronic surveillance housekeeping and facility management services to businesses across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling networking and industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients property managers and decisionmakers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in security & facility management services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and service agreements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Client Management & Retention:
- Build longterm relationships with key clients to ensure business retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries complaints and escalations.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and feedback collection.
3. Contract Negotiation & Compliance:
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements that align with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for security and facility services.
4. Coordination & Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations HR and finance) for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain and update CRM records sales reports and pipeline tracking.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor analysis.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in selling security guarding electronic surveillance or integrated facility management solutions.
- Exposure to industries like corporate offices residential complexes malls hospitals and manufacturing units.
Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales security services or facility management sales.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce Zoho etc..
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel as required.
