Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base in the Security & Facility Management industry. The role involves lead generation client acquisition and revenue growth by offering security guarding electronic surveillance housekeeping and facility management services to businesses across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling networking and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients property managers and decisionmakers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in security & facility management services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations proposals and service agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

2. Client Management & Retention:

  • Build longterm relationships with key clients to ensure business retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries complaints and escalations.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and feedback collection.

3. Contract Negotiation & Compliance:

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements that align with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for security and facility services.

4. Coordination & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations HR and finance) for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain and update CRM records sales reports and pipeline tracking.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor analysis.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in selling security guarding electronic surveillance or integrated facility management solutions.
  • Exposure to industries like corporate offices residential complexes malls hospitals and manufacturing units.


Requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in B2B sales security services or facility management sales.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce Zoho etc..
  • Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
