Job Description
If you join our studio as an intern in the HR department you would contribute to the teams efforts with the following responsibilities:
- Supports the team in the recruitment process prescreening candidates scheduling and participating in interviews giving feedback etc.
- Actively participates in external and internal employer branding activities
- Support the team in establishing the social media profiles of the studio (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.
- Contributes to the planning creation and editing of content for the social media accounts of Gameloft Sofia
- Induction & mentoring program overseeing
- Participates in the planning and organizing of Internal company events planning and organizing
- Engagement and satisfaction initiatives support
- Reporting
- Local and global projects support
Qualifications :
We at Gameloft Sofia HR Team are looking for a teammate who has:
- Previous internship experience in the HR field will be considered a plus
- Degree in Economics Psychology HR Management or relevant
- Very good command of English written and spoken
- Experience in video editing and content creation will be considered a plus
- Excellence in MS office mainly Word and Excel
- Energy to learn
- Selfdriven and highly organized personality
- Interest in video games (mobile/PC/Console) will be considered a plus
