Job Description
Emerald Zebra is hiring a Mid level Solutions Architect ERP Consultant for our Nicosia based client an authorised partner for Priority ERP that is involved in the development implementation and technical support of cuttingedge software solutions for some of the most successful companies in Cyprus and increasingly in Europe.
We are hiring a solution architect to join their talented team who will be working on the design implementation and technical support of solutions based on Priority ERP.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the software systems implemented by the company.
- Analyse client requirements design solutions and compile functional and technical specifications.
- Perform installations of software and implementations of the specified solutions.
- Perform quality assurance and provide user training and handholding.
- Provide technical support remotely and onsite.
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide consulting to help clients use technology to optimise their operations.
- Participate in presentations to potential clients and the preparation of proposals.
- According to seniority manage people and projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- University degree in a related subject.
- Understanding of enterprise business processes.
- Knowledge of accounting and logistics principles.
- Excellent analysis and communication skills.
- Excellent level of computer literacy.
- Some understanding of databases and database programming.
- Fluent in spoken and written Greek and English.
Experience
- For Lead Consultants & Solution Architects: 12 years experience implementing complex software systems in a leadership role.
- For Senior Consultants: 6 years experience implementing and supporting software systems.
- For Associate Consultants: 2 years experience in a relevant role.
