You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe role will require someone who is used to reading technical documents and extracting the relevant details to enter onto PAMS / Alpha Tracker. They will also need to be computer literate as most of the work will involve updating the electronic database (i.e. PAMS / Alpha Tracker).
The job will primarily be updating asbestos registers / floor plans and issuing the new reports to the premise managers. Duties will include the following:
1. Updating the asbestos register held on the software used by LCC
2. Updating the floor plans showing the location of the asbestos containing materials
3. Issuing the updated reports to the Premise Manager and requesting a confirmation receipt.
4. Dealing with general queries that come in from Premise Managers passing on to Asbestos Manager if not able to resolve.
5. Issuing any correspondence to the premise manager following the annual reinspection and any subsequent followup.
