About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead key healthcare technology initiatives. This role requires expertise in largescale project management clinical consolidation and implementing digital solutions to optimize healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend delivery of provincial healthcare projects ensuring the successful implementation of clinical standards across multiple hospitals.
- Oversee largescale healthcare projects including supply chain capacity building and distribution procedures.
- Drive clinical consolidation projects focusing on aligning hospitals with new acute and subacute care models.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance system access efficiency and automate key healthcare processes.
- Manage projects involving the selection and implementation of software solutions to deliver critical clinical functionality.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certifications:
- PROSCI Organizational Change Management Certification (Mandatory)
- ITIL Certificate in Service Management (Preferred)
Skills & Experience:
- 5 years managing provincial healthcare projects that successfully implemented clinical standards across hospitals.
- 5 years managing largescale healthcare projects including supply chain capacity and distribution procedures.
- 3 years leading clinical consolidation projects in a healthcare setting.
- 3 years implementing technology solutions to improve healthcare operations.
- 2 years managing software selection and implementation projects in healthcare.
