Job Description
Were looking for a detailoriented problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about streamlining processes to join our team. As an Operations Manager youll oversee complex largescale projects within a matrix organization and manage shifting priorities. In your daytoday you will:
Take charge of project planning scheduling and while providing regular updates to all company stakeholders
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas where operational support can bring value and enhance the projects deliverables
Ensure effective communication and coordination in the department as a whole and the individual teams
Identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks
Implement and improve processes and usable tools
Hold a high level and detailed view that allows you to create meaningful connections between teams plans and projects
Qualifications :
3 years of proven project management experience working with large teams in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew both written and verbal
Highly organized and adaptable able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Techsavvy problem solver experienced with project management tools and internal systems
Datadriven mindset using analytics to improve marketing efficiency and decisionmaking
