Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Key Accounts Manager to join our client MINISTER Office Furniture in Mumbai India. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with most valuable clients driving revenue growth and ensuring longterm success for both customers and our MINISTER Office Furniture.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close highvalue contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to maintain a strategic advantage
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Organize and lead client meetings presentations and business reviews
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalations promptly and effectively

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar role Office furniture sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex business situations and develop effective solutions
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful account strategies
  • Indepth understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development
  • Adaptability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving both shortterm and longterm objectives
