Job Description
As a Technical Recruiting Intern you will play a key role in working with our hiring leaders in Hardware and Software Engineering functions across the company to develop technical recruiting strategies that will identify and attract brilliant talent to our team. You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive hiring results.
- Helps to drive the hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience that provide solutions to meet business needs;
- Own candidate recruiting life cycle management;
- Build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include job board open web sourcing networking events conferences research referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline;
- Report on recruitment activities
Qualifications :
What we need to see:
- Experience project handling recruiting projects multiple searches and clients;
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to gain trust and inspire your hiring partners and teams;
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience;
- Good command of written and oral English;
- ATS experience
