Job Description
- HSEQ Leadership: Demonstrates strong leadership in promoting HSEQ compliance and encourages HZI and contractors to meet project HSEQ requirements.
- Safety and Risk Management: Ensures HSE hazards are mitigated and risk assessments (RAMS) are followed to safeguard personnel and operations.
- Performance and Compliance: Responsible for HSE performance halting work when safety is compromised and ensuring work aligns with schedules budgets and contract terms.
- Quality and Certifications: Reviews and approves welding procedures certifications NDE results and monitors welding activities to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Works with project managers and partners tracks progress manages deviations shares lessons learned and ensures closure of punch items.
Qualifications :
- City & Guilds Level 3 Engineering
- CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector
- Experienced as supervisor in delivering Boiler Pressure Parts services to a large industrial plant and the coordination of contracts / contractors on site
- Experienced in the Inspection and approval of Boiler pressure part welding in accordance with companies welding quality system procedures and policies
- Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) valid Safety Contractors Certificate or equivalent
- Good command of English
