Job Description
Youll be responsible for driving revenue and helping us meet our monthly and quarterly sales goals. Key responsibilities include:
Sales :
- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls emails and facetoface meetings.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively present and sell them to clients.
- Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients ensuring a positive experience and repeat business.
- Respond promptly to inquiries address concerns and follow up on leads.
Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Participate in team meetings to strategize and refine sales approaches.
Reporting and Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Provide regular sales performance updates to the management team.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
We value individuals who are driven eager to learn and have a passion for helping customers. Qualifications include:
- 12 years of sales experience (preferably in highvalue products)
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate build trust and close sales
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated
- Comfortable with a commissionbased structure
- Open to feedback and continuously improving sales techniques
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Familiarity in our industry is a plus
