Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and of programming strategies for clinical trials.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to determine the most effective programming solutions.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of trial data through rigorous validation processes.
- Successfully implement innovative programming techniques to streamline trial processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior programmers encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and technological advancements to maintain our competitive edge.
- Proven experience as a trial programmer in the information technology sector.
- Outstanding focus on detail and dedication to delivering highquality results.
- Ability to strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
