About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences at Quranium. You will play a key role in shaping user interactions ensuring seamless workflows and enhancing engagement across our platforms. As a senior designer you will collaborate closely with product managers developers and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into simple elegant and functional designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation.
- Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to enhance designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and best practices.
- Advocate for usercentered design principles across teams.
- Optimize UI/UX for accessibility and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to maintain visual consistency.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably in SaaS fintech or blockchain.
- Strong proficiency in Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
- Experience in user research A/B testing and datadriven design decisions.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and frontend development (a plus but not required).
- Strong understanding of design systems typography and color theory.
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality and user needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience designing for Web3 blockchain or fintech is a plus.
