Job Description

Position Overview:
As a Service Technician you will be responsible for providing maintenance repair and installation services. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs and properties are wellmaintained. This is a fulltime direct hire position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC plumbing electrical and other systems in light commercial and industrial settings:
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
Install new equipment and systems as needed
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Stay uptodate with industry developments and advancements in technology and techniques
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and other building systems
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Benefits:
Competitive salary: Depending upon experience Entry Level $20 to $25/HR 5 to 10 years experience is $30 to $35/HR 10 to 20 years experience is $35 to $40/HR and greater than 20 years experience is $40/HR
