Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager will oversee the daily operations of a task force within AACOMs Graduate Medical Education (GME) Initiatives department. This role is essential to advancing residency transitions osteopathic graduate medical training and strengthening the osteopathic education model. This position reports to the Vice President of GME Initiatives.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Plan coordinate and evaluate task force programs events and workgroups.
- Facilitate communication with leadership stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage budgets archives and programrelated materials.
- Organize and support meetings including content creation and logistics.
- Conduct research surveys and basic data analysis.
- Develop reports presentations and content for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing to share task force news through web content newsletters and webinars.

The ideal candidate for the Project Manager UMEGME Task Force role will bring a combination of organizational expertise communication skills and a passion for driving meaningful projects. This individual thrives in fastpaced collaborative environments and is eager to take ownership of initiatives that shape the future of medical education.
A bachelors degree at least two years of experience in project management proven research capabilities and familiarity with data visualization toolssuch as Tableauwill position the candidate for success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a fulltime exempt position with health dental vacation and 403(b) benefits. The salary range for this position is $75000 to $80000 annually.
Remote / Hybrid
This position is fully remote with some travel required.
