Job Description

We are seeking an IT Manager to lead our Sales and Distribution workstreamwhile we implement new enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools. The positions chief responsibility is to manage the SAP S/4HANA system that support the Sales and Distribution workstream including order management business partner material master pricing ATP delivery processing billing and customer order related reporting. The role will also leverage and apply leadingpractice business knowledge and proficiency for Sales and Distribution in addition to coordinating internal IT associates and offshore support team in design deployment and support of ERP. The ideal candidate should have excellent SAP configuration skills as well as strong leadership and writing skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the senior management team. 

A day on the job looks like this: 

  • Lead the management and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities ensuring alignment with business processes. and identifying areas for improvement 
  • Validating approach for system changes and ensuring that proper testing and documentation is completed prior to migration 
  • Managing SAPstandard API & EDI integrations with other internal and external applications such as those dedicated to customer relationships 
  • Transforming business requirements into functional and technical specifications conducting unit and integration tests deploying tools training users and maintaining systems 
  • Provide day to day system/process support to users in coordination with other IT support team 
  • Training IT and business team members on the SAP system configuration and reporting 

Qualifications :

Got the skills and experience Heres what were looking for: 

  • Fouryear degree or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of eight years of progressive SAP experience with at least one year focused on SAP S/4 HANA including at least three full life cycle SAP ERP implementations in the Sales and Distribution area 
  • Experience developing and driving implementation of SAP standards and best practices 
  • Excellent SAP configuration skills
