Job Description
- Tackle HighImpact Challenges: Identify analyze and resolve critical issues that have a significant impact on the companys engineering operations or customer satisfaction.
- RCA Investigations: Investigate incidents to identify root causes implement preventive measures and ensure longterm solutions are in place to avoid recurrence.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Take ownership of highpriority projects delivering innovative solutions within tight timelines and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering squads QA and product teams to understand challenges share insights and implement solutions effectively.
- Mentor and Support Teams: Share expertise with other engineers contributing to skill development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive Innovation: Research and implement cuttingedge tools technologies or methodologies that enhance McEasys engineering capabilities.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation of solutions processes and learnings to ensure knowledge is retained and shared across the organization.
- Monitor and Optimize Performance: Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance reliability and scalability of McEasys systems and solutions.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 8 years of experience in software development or engineering roles with a proven track record of solving complex technical problems.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages frameworks and tools used in McEasys tech stack (Go Python Javascript Typescript etc). Experience with system architecture performance optimization and debugging is essential.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fastpaced dynamic environments and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Innovation Mindset: Passion for exploring new technologies tools and approaches to enhance engineering practices.
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience in incident response DevOps practices or handling highstakes engineering challenges.
