Creative Activation is on the lookout for superstar retail Team Leader to join our dedicated team for our client Coles as part of the CRT team.
Merchandising experience preferred however the right attitude is essential! You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays point of sale setup pricing and ticketing.

To be successful in this role youll need to:

- Take responsibility for the overall performance and executional standards of your State field team of merchandisers
- Be the first escalation point for any store or client related field issues and resolve issues impacting KPI compliance in a timely manner
- Ensure all tools and coaching is delivered to the team in line with program guidelines to develop a highperformance culture and enable the team to complete their reporting duties to the level required.
- Manage staff underperformance constructively and effectively in line with company policy and procedures
- Provide team members with regular feedback monitoring and coaching using remote management tools (phone email Dashboard coaching module)
- Ensure a strong PURPLE culture is fostered within your state
