Job Description
Consulting at CapTech:
- Partner with clients on teambased projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle leveraging the Agile Methodology as well as modern technology languages frameworks and patterns
Technical Solutions:
- Thrive in a collaborative environment with many opportunities to learn from and share knowledge with other developers architects and our clients.
- Solutions include APIdriven clients microservice architectures eventdriven integrations cloud deployments serverless applications and web and portal front ends

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 35 years of professional experience in software development with significant experience in Python and Go.
- Strong experience with AWS services including but not limited to Lambda EC2 S3 RDS DynamoDB and API Gateway.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Handson experience with version control systems particularly Git.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software development principles design patterns and best practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of database management systems and ORM technologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Certification in AWS Solutions Architect Developer or DevOps Engineer is a plus.
