Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes standards and methodologies to ensure consistent quality across all projects.
- Test Planning and : Oversee the creation and of detailed test plans and test cases ensuring thorough coverage of functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Defect Management: Identify document and track software defects collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including development product management and operations to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on QA activities including test results defect metrics and quality trends to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies implementing improvements to QA processes and tools.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QA methodologies tools and processes. Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in the gaming or online casino industry.
- Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent.
