Responsibilities
- Gather insights from stakeholders support teams and customers.
- Own product roadmaps ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Translate business strategies into actionable product plans.
- Develop and maintain product documentation.
- Address product gaps based on strategic objectives.
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in a similar role preferably in SaaS.
- Experience defining requirements launching products and leading complex teams.
- Proven collaboration with engineering design and marketing teams.
- Direct experience working with agile/scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience developing solutions alongside designers and engineers.
- Expertise in creating and driving product roadmaps that align with business goals.
Skills and Tools
- Proficiency in JBTD framework Google Suite and SaaS tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in roadmap creation and stakeholder communication.
