Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Java Developer/Architect for a project in the banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the scalability performance and security of software solutions.
- Implement and enforce quality standards and procedures (like quality gates code formatters check styles etc..
- Drive innovation in architectural design and development practices.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Establish and manage development (including static and unit testing)
- Work closely with stakeholders including Team Architects and Developers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Oversee the implementation code reviews and test coverage to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of Developers.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in good development practice;
- Proficiency in development lifecycle tools Bitbucket SonarQube GitLab;
- Experience with Java and other relevant technologies;
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot development and architectural issues;
- Experience in optimizing unit and integration testing done by Developers;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- University/college degree or equivalent combination of education certification and experience;
- Proficiency in English language at a B2/C1 level.
