We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to collaborate with leaders across our business acting as a trusted advisor and coach to enhance leadership capability while ensuring a highperforming and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of People & Culture to implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Partner with leaders and employees to provide expert HR advice across all facets of the employee lifecycle.
- Manage recruitment onboarding performance management talent development and succession planning.
- Provide handson support in employee relations industrial relations and workplace investigations.
- Coach and equip managers with the skills to navigate difficult conversations and drive highperformance teams.
- Oversee workplace health & safety (WH&S) including compliance and biannual audits.
- Drive employee engagement wellbeing and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies procedures and practices comply with industry regulations and business needs.
- Contribute to HR projects that enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Payroll and the broader HR team to ensure seamless HR operations.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partnering role ideally within fastpaced operational industries like Automotive Retail or Manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- A handson proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Resilient adaptable and ready to roll up your sleeves in a highenergy notwodaysthesame industry.
