Job Description

We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to collaborate with leaders across our business acting as a trusted advisor and coach to enhance leadership capability while ensuring a highperforming and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of People & Culture to implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with leaders and employees to provide expert HR advice across all facets of the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage recruitment onboarding performance management talent development and succession planning.
  • Provide handson support in employee relations industrial relations and workplace investigations.
  • Coach and equip managers with the skills to navigate difficult conversations and drive highperformance teams.
  • Oversee workplace health & safety (WH&S) including compliance and biannual audits.
  • Drive employee engagement wellbeing and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies procedures and practices comply with industry regulations and business needs.
  • Contribute to HR projects that enhance workplace culture and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Payroll and the broader HR team to ensure seamless HR operations.

Qualifications :

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partnering role ideally within fastpaced operational industries like Automotive Retail or Manufacturing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • A handson proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Resilient adaptable and ready to roll up your sleeves in a highenergy notwodaysthesame industry.
