Job Description
Work with the guidance of the O2C Team Leader and Senior Specialists to:
- Ensure accurate invoicing to customers via electronic or paper distribution depending on local legislation
- Collect withholding tax certificates from customers (certain countries only)
- Address and resolve any financial queries lodged within specific SLAs
- Maintain open communication channels and keep detailed records of all our customer interactions
- Drive & support continuous improvement initiatives being rolled out across all O2C teams
- Support or drive (where relevant) the implementation of key operational projects
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance roles
- Degree in Accounting Finance or similar qualifications
- Handson working experience with Salesforce Workday Financials and Microsoft Great Plains
- Mandarin and Cantonese language capabilitity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize in order to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain productive collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders at every level across Finance and the wider organization
- Able to communicate meaningfully with diverse audiences (including nonFinance) using clear and accurate messaging
- Strong problem resolution skills and an ability to remain cool calm and composed under pressure
