Role Description
Collaborate closely with a fastpaced development team to maintain a 99.99 uptime ratio.

Join an on call schedule to provide support and afterhours maintenance of supported systems and services.
Provide guidance and coaching to more junior team members.
Collaborate with the various Vendor and Technology partners
Required Skill Set
57 years of supported operating systems of Windows (MS)57 years of supported infrastructure of IBM Products (WebSphere IHS MQ LDAP TSM AD)
Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (Ansible Github Atlassian Products)Kubernetes/OpenShift experience a positive
Strong experience with AWS cloud/Azure technologies (IaaS PaaS Cloud Observability)ITIL processes including Problem and Change Management Configuration and Release Management
Strong understanding of networking VM ware patching.
Experience with Production DR and nonproduction environments.
Good documentation skills ability to write technical procedures create and update support documents.
Is selfmotivated has a can do attitude and customerservice oriented
Displays applied problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in the team environment.
