Job Description
Ready to join our healthcare superhero squad As an LPN on our 2pm10pm shift youll be the evening star of our resident care team earning a stellar $30.20 $36.35 per hour!
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
Youll be the maestro of resident care orchestrating a symphony of compassion and compliance that would make Florence Nightingale proud. Your superpowers will include organizing directing and implementing care that not only meets our companys skyhigh standards but also keeps state and federal regulators doing happy dances.
- Be the VIP (Very Important Participant) at Resident Care conferences where youll help craft care plans so awesome they should be framed.
- Channel your inner pharmacist as you prepare administer and document medications with the precision of a Swiss watch. Keep that medicine cabinet stocked like its Black Friday every day!
- Become the Einstein of resident care documenting issues with such detail that your notes could win a Pulitzer Prize (if they gave those out for medical documentation).
- Flex those superhero senses to recognize signs and symptoms then leap into action with the right treatment faster than a speeding bullet.
- Don your captains hat and lead your crew of healthcare heroes providing supervision thats both effective and fun.
- Be ready for anything! Like a Swiss Army knife of nursing youll tackle other duties as they pop up always with a smile and a cando attitude.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications & Experience
- Colorado State Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- 1year experience in a longterm care facility preferred.
- 1year experience in overseeing and monitoring other staff preferred.
- IV Certification preferred.
- Must have computer word processing and database experience.
- Must be able to read write and speak the English language.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Moderate physical effort required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
- Possible exposure to chemicals blood borne pathogens and other infectious diseases.
- Sits stands bends and moves intermittently during working hours.
- Is subject to frequent interruptions.
- Interacts with residents family members visitors frequently.
