Job Description
As a Founders Associate you will act as a right hand to the leadership team taking on diverse responsibilities to drive the growth and success of Educate Online. This is a highimpact highgrowth role designed for ambitious individuals eager to work in a fastpaced startup environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support leadership in planning and executing strategic initiatives.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis to inform key decisions.
- Manage crossfunctional projects and streamline operational processes.
- Provide recommendations to optimize business performance and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree from a toptier university.
- 13 years of experience in consulting strategy or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive problemsolving approach.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for technology and education.
