Your Role & Responsibilities
Build and grow your online business in the selfdevelopment industry.

Conduct structured discovery calls using a proven business system.
Leverage social media marketing strategies (training provided).
Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions via Zoom.
Work independently while being supported by a highachieving global community.
Who You Are
Passionate about personal development and leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset with selfmotivation and a drive for results.
Experience or strong interest in marketing and social media.
Confident communicator who thrives in a flexible independent role.
Ideally has freelancing experience or is ready to transition to selfemployment.
Committed to working at least 1520 hours per week on business development.
Open to learning and implementing a proven structured system.
Fluent in English.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in a professional role (entrepreneurial or corporate experience).
Strong communication skills for phone and virtual meetings (Zoom).
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn).
Background in digital marketing is a plus.
