Job Description
As a Onepilot agent youre a freelance in charge of helping our clients consumers with their problems
After completing elearning trainings on your customers you will have access to a knowledge base for each of them. The Onepilot technology and this knowledge base will enable you to respond effectively to our clients user requests coming in via email chat or call.
You work from home and will be paid for each ticket solved. The price of each ticket depends on the tickets complexity and your location. It varies between 040 and 2. On average our agents earn 15 an hour.
- Youre comfortable with new technologies
- You like solving problems youre curious and dynamic
- You enjoy communicating (written and spoken communication)
- Youre available at least 20h/week

Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Proficient in English
