Job Description

Assist in the design development and testing of new tires and technologies.
Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings to support ongoing projects.
Assist with experimental tires and collect data under the guidance of senior engineers.
Order and analyze experimental tires and prepare reports on findings.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support various R&D initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
Gather and organize the latest legal requirements in the tire industry.
Assist the team in automating existing processes.


Qualifications :

Currently pursuing a degree in relevant field e.g. Engineering Chemistry Physics IT etc..
Demonstrates strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PowerBI Tableau and other data analytical software is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
Passionate about research and innovation.
