The Head of Content Media & Publications will be responsible for shaping the market narrative driving awareness and positioning the Company as the leading business phone system for SMEs.
The right candidate will have a strong journalism editorial or media background with experience in storytelling publications and audience engagement. They will own the company s voice in the industry making solution mainstream relatable and an essential tool for business owners.

Key Responsibilities
1. Industry Positioning & Market Awareness
- Own the company s voice in the market establish a clear and dominant narrative about why SMEs need a business phone system.
- Develop and distribute highimpact content articles whitepapers case studies and reports that establish the company as the leader in SME communication.
- Break down complex telecom concepts into engaging and relatable stories that resonate with business owners.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses journalists and key industry influencers.
2. Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop a content strategy that positions the company as the leader in Business phone numbers for SMEs.
- Own and manage a content publication calendar ensuring highquality highfrequency content across all channels.
- Develop case studies success stories and customer testimonials to build credibility and trust.
- Identify and secure guest appearances on industry platforms (interviews podcasts conferences).
3. Events & Brand Engagement
- Identify key industry events that align with our target audience and ensure the company is a major player.
- Periodically sponsor or participate in highimpact events to boost credibility and awareness.
- Develop the company s owned events roundtables and industry reports.
- Build partnerships with business communities industry bodies and media influencers.
4. Demand Generation & Audience Growth
- Work with Growth & Marketing teams to ensure content directly supports lead generation.
- Develop longform content that showcases the company as the industry thought leader.
- Build content assets that can be repurposed for ads sales enablement and email campaigns.
- Execute the company s PR & media strategy ensuring constant visibility and relevance.

- 8 years experience in journalism media publishing or content leadership.
- Strong editorial storytelling and communication skills able to take complex ideas and make them engaging.
- Experience leading content strategy and publications at a media house tech company or business publication.
- Proven ability to secure media coverage and build industry credibility.
- Deep understanding of media relations PR strategy and audience growth.
