Qualification & Experience: Engineering Degree / Diploma with 58 years experience in NPI & Process Engineering

Work Location: Shamshabad Hyderabad.
Job Description:
1. Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organizations standards of quality and cost.
2. Analyze product specifications parts drawings and other engineering data to develop new production processes estimate time requirements for each step and prepares operation sheets.
3. Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks costs and wastage; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of final products.

- SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
- Solder Past printing and process issue analysis and troubleshooting
- Reflow Profiling and issues analysis and troubleshooting
- Pick and place programming process issue analysis
- AOI programming and process optimization
- TH (Through Hole) & Selective soldering
- Process issue analysis and troubleshooting
- PCB Cleaning and conformal coating.
- X ray machine programming and process optimization
- Good knowledge in IPC standards and experienced in endtoend audits
