Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Technical Representative to join our team. The role is 100 remote.
What Youll Do:
Lead technical interviews for U.S. job placements on behalf of our sales representatives.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth project .
Attend daily standups & scrum meetings to manage ongoing U.S. projects.
Advise and mentor engineers on technical best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
7 years of software development experience.
3 years in a lead or architect role.
Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
Expertise in C# .NET ASP Core/MVC Angular.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
