Job Description
Te kaupapa o te tranga The purpose of the role.
Were currently seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented individual to join our Loss Prevention Team! Your primary focus will be on preventing theft and promoting a safe environment for both our team and customers.
In this fastpaced role youll be responsible for monitoring security cameras following recovery procedures and ensuring that the store is running smoothly safely and securely. Youll need to be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and have a keen eye for detail.
As a problem solver youll be able to cope under pressure and calmly resolve any issues that may arise. Youll also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers to answer their queries.
While prior experience in Loss Prevention is a plus its not a requirement. Were looking for someone who is motivated to learn and grow in this role.
This is a permanent parttime position with the following hours of work:
- Friday and Saturday: 4pm to 12:30am
Qualifications :

Experience in a customerfacing role such as retail or hospitality would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods.
Additionally experience in conflict resolution and deescalation along with the ability to stay calm under pressure would be beneficial.
