The Customer Service/ Customer Experience Representative is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service & satisfaction within the organization. He/she will be responsible for optimal communication order processing support correspondence and deliveries between customers the sales team and the customer service team. This position is focussed on the Benelux market therefor being able to communicate fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory French as an extra language would be very welcome!
