Were looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing Real Estate Agent Services division. In this role youll lead and develop our sales team driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Youll work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify sales opportunities implement effective strategies and achieve ambitious targets. If you have a strong background in sales leadership and a resultsdriven mindset wed love to hear from you.
- Recruit train and mentor a highperforming sales team to achieve sales goals
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to effectively reach and convert potential customers
- Analyse sales data identify trends and implement datadriven improvements to the sales process
- Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing product and customer success teams to align sales efforts and maximise business impact
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to inform sales planning
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within a Proptech business that deals with real estate agents
- Have at least 3 years in a sales management role
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and teambuilding abilities with a focus on motivating and developing sales professionals
- Proficient in using sales CRM tools (e.g. Pipedrive Salesforce HubSpot) and data analytics to inform decisionmaking
- Thorough understanding of the real estate industry and technology landscape
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
