Job Description
- Drive service team to maximize service business at the lowest possible costs for the assign region.
- Strongly development Service Product together with team to grow service business in APAC
- Manage well per Service Hubs per business plan .
- Improve / develop internal process to make sure customers requirement can be handled smoothly and timey within company .
- Development Org./people in order to match business requirement at regular way .
- Strengthen /smoothen cooperation with New Machines sales .
- Coordination / cooperation with New machine manufacture sites .

Qualifications :
- At least 10 years of service working experience in manufacturing industry pharmaceutical/food processing/chemical processing/ general packaging is preferred; including 6 years team management experience with internal background .
- Successful Experience with P&L responsibility .
- Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering and related mayor.
- Good communication. Proficient both in oral and written English.
- Initiative good analytical skills and decisionmaking.
- Can accept frequent traveling and work under pressure.
- Advanced techniques of direct sales marketing and local promotion of capital goods
