- Developing general strategic specifications for the provision and identification of data for logical data models and structures.
- Developing assessment and steering tools for various data sources to provide the required data records.
- Setting up E2E ETL pipelines for multiple data sources ensuring data quality performance and stability
- Developing data models and steering the implementation of the models in collaboration with the business and the data teams.
- Devising decisionmaking proposals and recommended courses of actions; presenting and discussing the results at management level.
- Assuming E2E responsibility for strategic data projects from taking stock of requirements and advising through to golive.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a comparable qualification and already have minimum 4 years of professional experience as data engineer / architect.
Furthermore you distinguish yourself through the following knowledge and skills:
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data architecture including data cleansing and validation.
- Excellent programming skills in Python paired with strong handson experience with Python libraries for data manipulation esp. Pandas NumPy.
- Knowledge of Data Pipeline monitoring tools and approaches.
- Handson Experience in working in Hyperscaler environments esp. Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in setting up data bases data lakes data warehouses feature stores etc.
- Advanced knowledge in preparation of data set for Machine Learning approaches and models.
- Experience supporting and working with crossfunctional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge in UML and data modeling.
- Strong customeroriented working mode ideally experience in HR / employee survey domain.
- Selfresponsibility and independent working principle experience in international Scrum teams.
- Excellent writing and communication skills (English).
- You are flexible for business travels.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3500 /brutto.
