Job Description
Are you a datadriven problem solver with a passion for optimizing user experiences Do you love digging into data running experiments and making impactful changes that drive real results If so we want you on our team!
What Youll Do
- Lead manage and collaborate on endtoend CRO projects from research and ideation to and analysis.
- Work closely with design development and business teams to implement datadriven CRO strategies.
- Conduct indepth UX research and data analysis to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Design run and analyze A/B tests and experiments to enhance website performance.
- Communicate key findings insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and the latest best practices in CRO and UX.
Qualifications :
- Strong project management skills you can juggle multiple projects while keeping everything on track.
- A curious and proactive mindset you love solving problems and arent afraid to take initiative.
- Handson experience with CRO tools such as Google Analytics Bloomreach VWO Insider Optimizely Convert or similar.
- A solid understanding of UX best practices and ecommerce principles.
- Excellent communication skills you can present insights clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Experience in a clientfacing role with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience working in a digital agency or an inhouse CRO team.
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and website optimization techniques.
