You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Business Readiness Analyst role is a key support role within the Business Management team in the TAL Comparison (Lifebroker) business unit. Reporting to Lifebrokers Project Manager and supporting the Business Readiness Manager this is a junior role integral for communications to prospects and inforce policy holders liaising with operational enterprise departments for lead management and CRM support for front line users and ensuring adherence to system controls. Further to this the role is required to liaise closely with Marketing and Commercial stakeholders for processing additional campaign related content and requirements.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders such as the Head of Business Management the Development Team Project Manager and Business Readiness Manager to prioritise and coordinate the delivery pipeline of technology initiatives into the business. This includes requirements gathering contributing to scoping documentation and liaising with business stakeholders regarding timings executing and managing UAT and change management processes for successful delivery into the business.
You will also support business stakeholders to analyse document refine and communicate business needs so that delivery teams can build effective solutions. This requires a detailed understanding of customer needs as well as business vision and strategy to prioritise investment business value and delivery.
