This will be temporary 12month contract for fixedterm contract.

Responsibilities Include:
- Negotiate the terms of commercial contracts for software cloud and other services including within our contract lifecycle management system;
- Promote balance and manage company and customer/vendor interests using a high degree of ingenuity to quickly resolve issues while managing business risk;
- Regularly coordinate with and validate input from internal organizations and other members of the Legal team to facilitate contract negotiation and ;
- Apply judgment using multiple sources of information to resolve contractual issues;
- Anticipate and solve problems; and Conduct legal research and assist with general corporate legal matters and initiatives as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent). A legal degree is not necessary as this is not an attorney role. Law students are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in English and Italian both oral and written is a must
- Fluency in other European languages is considered a plus
- Experience with and enthusiasm for transactional work process improvement legal research and other legal matters
- Ability to manage fastpaced workload in a dynamic environment and simultaneously add value to multiple projects;
- Proactive selfstarter who shows project ownership and enjoys working across departments
- Solid organizational and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Power Point and Word)
