Job Description
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients competitors and industry trends
- Analyze data to assess market demands and opportunities for business expansion focusing on NAVFAC AFCEC NIH NIST and AOC
- Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals bids and tender documents
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with client needs and industry standards
- Coordinate meetings presentations and business development activities
- Attend industry events conferences and networking functions to promote the company and identify business opportunities
- Support the development and of strategic business plans.
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications :
- Experience in the Federal DOD market working with NAVFAC/AFCEC is highly preferred
- Existing relationships with NIH NIST AOC agencies a plus
- Bachelors degree degree in engineering a plus
- Ability to appropriately prioritize projects
- 5 years of proposal writing/BD experience
- Strong understanding of Architectural Civil engineering concepts and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word Excel Outlook etc.
Additional Information :
Proposed Salary: $110 130k annual
Other compensation: opportunities for annual increase and bonus and other types of bonuses
