1. Business Intelligence & Analytics:
- Develop and execute a BI strategy tailored to the auto property and rest of marketplace ensuring insights drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports for tracking marketplace performance user behavior and business KPIs.
- Partner with product marketing and sales teams to optimize pricing inventory and customer acquisition strategies through data insights.
2. Data Engineering & Architecture:
- Design build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to collect process and integrate data from diverse sources including website/app activity customer transactions and thirdparty APIs.
- Develop and optimize data models to support analytics and reporting ensuring scalability and performance.
- Maintain data warehouses/lakes (Snowflake BigQuery) to store and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Work with cloudbased services (GCP) to manage realtime streaming data from user interactions ads and marketplace transactions.
3. Data Governance & Quality:
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and security complying with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to detect anomalies in marketplace performance (e.g. listing trends fraud detection pricing anomalies).
- Implement data governance frameworks to maintain a single source of truth for business reporting.
4. Collaboration & Leadership:
- Lead a team of BI analysts and collaborate with data engineering providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within Mudah(engineering product marketing finance) to translate business needs into datadriven solutions.
- Drive automation in reporting processes reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
Qualifications :
BI Tools: Strong experience with Looker Power BI Tableau and reporting.
SQL & Data Modeling: Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and designing data models for analytics.
ETL/ELT Pipelines: Handson experience with tools like Apache Airflow DBT or Informatica.
Cloud Data Services: Familiarity GCP (BigQuery Dataflow)
Programming: Proficiency in Python or Scala for data processing and automation.
Big Data & RealTime Analytics: Knowledge of Spark Kafka or similar technologies is a plus.
- Marketplace Analytics: Experience in ecommerce analytics including A/B testing user segmentation and behavioral insights.
