Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer at Wix youll play a pivotal role in our cloud infrastructure group driving the development optimization and maintenance of our cloudbased infrastructure. You will:
Design implement and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective cloud solutions
Manage infrastructure of Kubernetes from different flavors on top of AWS cloud at scale.
Use your expertise in Linux and networking fundamentals to enhance system performance security and reliability
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployment processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and services
Qualifications :
You have at least 5 years of experience working in live production systems
You have handson experience with Kubernetes as a cluster administrator.
You have experience in Linux and are wellversed in networking fundamentals
Youve proven experience with AWS
You have strong knowledge of provisioning and configuration management systems (e.g. Terraform Ansible Chef etc.
Youre familiar with scripting languages like Python and Bash
Youve experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana)
You have strong communication and collaboration skills
