Job Description
- Be a leader throughout the Wix Ukraine Customer Care Team understand our business influence positive change to meet the business objectives and help implement managerial and peoplerelated strategies
- Partner with and coach our leaders in the areas of employee relations recruitment growth and development wellbeing change management and other areas of HR
- Work closely with partners and colleagues across different locations
- Identify people trends within the business and work with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to design and implement solutions
- Participate in the final stages of the recruiting process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacy
- Multitask on various projects and initiatives
- Promote Wixs values and culture throughout the employee journey
Qualifications :
- 6 years of experience in HR Partnering collaborating closely with leadership at various levels and individual contributors preferably in a multicultural hightech environment
- Proven track record of positively influencing leaders and their teams
- Great interpersonal skills and experience consulting managers and employees to get them through various situations
- You are a proactive flexible openminded individual who is comfortable in a constantly changing environment
- Analytical skills and experience using data to support decisionmaking and drive change
- Youre a great team member who can manage stakeholders across the globe
- Youre passionate about making an impact
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Based in Kyiv
