Job Description
To attend to any cash (and/or forex) related matter (e.g. walkin customers ATMs) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree Commerce or related
Additional Information :
Experience:
12 years: Branch banking experience understanding the banks laiddown policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support; foreign exchange; bulk cash and ATMs. Familiar with the legal aspects regarding cash and forex handling. Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch.
