Job Description
The company is setting up a B2B brokerage aimed at providing services to our clients and are seeking a dynamic individual to join us during this exciting inception phase. Initially the role will focus on a mix of project management and analysis requiring a handson approach to setting requirements understanding trading flows and posttrade processing flows.You will work closely with internal teams to integrate our trading platforms and ensure a seamless setup process.
As the brokerage becomes operational your role will evolve to encompass a more operational focus. Leveraging the knowledge gained during the setup phase you will become a key figure in the brokerages daytoday operations. You will engage with leads during the sales process onboard clients address client inquiries and ensure the smooth operation of the brokerage including resolving any issues that arise.This position offers a unique opportunity to join a brokerage at its inception gain deep insights into its inner workings and grow alongside the organization. We are looking for a selfdriven and motivated individual who thrives on getting into the details and taking ownership of their role.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management and Analysis (Setup Phase):
- Define and document requirements for trading flows and posttrade processing flows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful integration of trading platforms.
- Analyze and optimize processes to streamline the brokerage setup.
- Operational Management (PostSetup Phase):
- Engage with sales leads to support the sales process and answer detailed inquiries.
- Onboard clients ensuring a smooth transition to the brokerages services.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients addressing questions and resolving issues.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth daily operations of the brokerage.
- Broker Support:
- Provide responsive and knowledgeable support to brokers ensuring smooth operational workflows and addressing technical or operational inquiries.
- Proactively identify areas where brokers may require assistance or training and offer targeted solutions.
- Problem Resolution and Escalation Handling:
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues promptly working closely with internal teams to minimize disruptions and maintain efficiency.
- Manage and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams ensuring timely resolution and clear followup communication.
- Client Training:
- Train brokers to maximize their efficiency on the platform covering features such as whole share fractional and notional order entry options trading strategies and realtime management tools.
- Documentation and Client Experience Enhancement:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to refine and improve documentation including user guides.
- Gather and incorporate broker feedback to drive continuous improvement in platform functionality and user experience.

Qualifications
MustHave Skills:
- Strong understanding of U.S. equity clearing flows and posttrade operations.
- Strong understanding of exchangetraded instruments.
- Technical acumen with the ability to troubleshoot and navigate complex trading systems.
- Experience managing brokerage platforms with familiarity in industry practices and broker needs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with brokers fostering clear and productive interactions.
- Clientfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and independently resolve challenges.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all client interactions.
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with trading technologies.
- Experience in training and onboarding clients in a software or trading environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in trading operations.
